SOLO

A dance of solitude. A dance of surveillance. A dance of freedom.

Set in an alternate future, the performance centers on a single dancer, isolated in a room, under the gaze of an unseen observer. Through athletic choreography, pulsating music and a never ending loop of video design this work explores the freedom to project one’s inner world into reality. SOLO invites the audience to find beauty and sensuality amid oppression and despair, urging a deeper exploration of grace within harsh realities, while also searching for alternative future worlds.
